History

1983

Huang Shui, the first chairman, has established his own business, mainly producing fancy yarns such as fleece yarns. Committed to export and earn a lot of foreign exchange at the prospering age.

1999

The company has reorganized and was led by Chen Jianxu, the general manager, as the second chairman. Hand knit yarn business has been developed to broaden product kinds. 

2006

The third generation, Huang Jianxin established the company since then.

2010

Established a fancy yarn mill in Guishan, Linkou. Tri-spinner and worsted yarn system has equipment.

2017

Merged the fancy yarn factory in Taiwan, and move the factory to Xinshu Road, Xinzhuang, the equipment was updated, and advanced equipment from Italy and France as well.

Aim for becoming an international fancy yarn factory.

2019

In June. To provide more efficient service for Japanese clients. The branch office "itoito co., ltd." has been founded in Nagoya, Japan.

2021

Officially obtained Responsible Wool (RWS) and Responsible Mohair (RMS) Certification on June 27. As a member of the global village, contributing to the sustainable development of the global environment is our company's top priority.
